Refund Policy

Deposits
To begin a project, an initial deposit may be required. This deposit covers project planning, research, scheduling, and the initial work carried out by our team. Once work has commenced, the deposit is non-refundable.
Project Payments
Payment terms are outlined in each project proposal or agreement. Final deliverables will be released after full payment has been received.
Refund Eligibility
Because every project is custom-made, refunds are generally not available for completed work or approved project milestones. If a project has not yet started, refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Project Cancellation
Clients may cancel a project at any time by providing written notice. Any work completed before cancellation will be billed accordingly.
Revisions
Each project includes the revision rounds specified in the project proposal. Requests outside the agreed scope may require additional fees.
Exceptional Circumstances
If Veloris is unable to complete a project due to circumstances within our control, we may issue a partial refund based on the work completed.
